My Philosophy & Approach

You don’t need to have everything figured out to begin therapy. Life can feel heavy, messy, or confusing at times—and it’s okay to need support. My role isn’t to fix you, but to walk alongside you, offering space, care, and gentle guidance as you find your own way forward.

Therapy can help you reconnect—with yourself, your voice, your needs, and your strength. Together, we’ll explore what’s been weighing on you—whether it’s anxiety, low self-worth, relationship struggles, or feeling stuck in old patterns. We’ll work at a pace that feels right for you, and nothing has to be rushed or forced.


My integrative approach means that sessions are tailored specifically to your needs, drawing upon Humanistic, Existential, and Cognitive Behavioral perspectives. What matters most is that you feel safe, heard, and respected.

Therapy with me is a collaborative process. You bring your story; I bring presence, care, and experience. Over time, we’ll begin to make sense of what’s happening underneath the surface—supporting you to feel more grounded, more connected to yourself, and more able to meet life’s challenges with clarity and self-compassion.
